Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound cold calls and initial screening calls with driver applicants.
• Build and maintain communication with potential candidates throughout the hiringprocess.
• Assist senior recruiters with collecting and organizing driver documents and applicationinformation.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and other communicationchannels.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate activity within recruitment systems andspreadsheets.
• Help schedule interviews, orientations, and onboarding steps for qualified drivers.
• Learn and apply recruiting strategies to improve lead conversion and hiring results.
• Collaborate with the recruiting and management team to meet weekly and monthlyhiring goals.
• Provide a positive and professional experience for all driver candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in cold calling, telesales, lead generation,appointment setting, customer service, or similar communication-based roles.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Confidence and professionalism while speaking on the phone.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn recruitment software and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications with Added Value
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, trucking, or logistics is considered a plus.
Experience working with U.S. customers or markets is beneficial.
Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

Payment Structure
This position offers a fixed base salary determined by experience and performance, along with performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities based on individual results and team contribution.
