If you already have established shipper relationships and know how to move freight from quote to delivery, we want to talk.
What you’ll do:
- Bring and manage your existing customers / book of business
- Quote and book freight
- Source and negotiate with carriers
- Cover and track your own loads
- Maintain strong relationships with your customers
- Grow your book with the support of our team
What we’re looking for:
- Previous freight brokerage experience
- An active and established book of business
- Strong shipper/customer relationships
- Ability to independently sell and cover freight
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Driven mindset, you manage your business, we help you scale it
