HR and Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities

Source, attract and recruit logistics professionals, including dispatchers, brokers, carrier sales reps, safety specialists, billing specialists and other roles within the trucking and logistics industry in the USA.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify top talent that meets company needs.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure successful placement of candidates.
Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, referrals, and industry networking.
Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Stay informed about trends and developments in the logistics and trucking industry to improve recruitment strategies.
Provide support in employee relations and HR processes as needed.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year proven experience as an HR or Recruitment Specialist, specifically in the trucking and logistics industry in the USA.
Strong knowledge of logistics roles, including dispatching, transportation management and operations.
Exceptional sourcing skills, including experience with job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.

Payment Structure

This position offers a fixed base salary, which will be determined based on relevant experience and skill level, along with a bonus structure. Bonuses are calculated based on quarterly performance appraisal.
