Responsibilities
- Operate your Class A commercial vehicle safely and professionally across long-haul, multi-state OTR routes
- Pick up and deliver freight on time while planning efficient routes to reduce downtime
- Secure loads properly and ensure compliance with all safety and weight requirements
- Complete all load documentation including BOLs, PODs, and logs accurately
- Maintain ongoing communication with dispatch, reporting ETAs, route changes, and any delays
- Stay fully compliant with DOT and FMCSA regulations and maintain your truck in road-ready condition
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A license holder with at least 6 months of OTR experience
- Clean MVR and solid driving history
- Must own a truck or be open to lease-to-purchase options we offer
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Willingness to run OTR and build a long-term relationship
- Must pass DOT drug screening and background check
