Responsibilities
- Conduct 100+ cold calls daily to present the company’s services and secure new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to document client interactions, track leads, and monitor potential client progress.
- Proactively follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text to nurture relationships and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, handling key account management.
- Efficiently manage and respond to incoming marketing inquiries, ensuring timely processing.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to plan and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in cold calling and sales.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- High energy, a sense of urgency, and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to ask targeted questions and understand clients’ needs and challenges.
- Experience in using CRM systems to maintain and manage client information.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to effectively close deals.
- Skilled at creating and fostering strong client relationships.
Qualifications with added value
- Proven sales experience in the USA logistics sector.
- Proficiency in English is highly valued and a slight accent is not a barrier.
- Fluency in Spanish is beneficial.
Payment Structure
- This position offers a fixed base salary, which will be determined based on relevant experience and skill level, along with a competitive commission structure. Commissions are calculated as a percentage of each closed deal and paid monthly.
